Some of us are fueled by adventure. It can be the difference between a good and bad day, and a better life.The remote solitude or the gathering of friends on the river, all provide the realization that we EXIST. And because we are all here together, we must act accordingly and share. This is an agreement we make with one another in order to achieve all that nature provides us with. Whether it be navigating the Yosemite high country, or Packrafting the Escalante River, human impact is more and more apparent, and it can be a shitty reality. The high concentrated regions on the map are usually popular for good reason, and its not that we should be limited to who can be there, but “leaving no trace” is a requirement. Burying paper and biological waste is not always the solution, especially in arid, high elevated, and well-traveled places where it may take decades to degrade or pollute the river corridors. We are no longer the wildlife that feed off the landscape and symbiotically add to the biome. We are friends to nature, guests of the wild and WE are dedicated to the idea of sharing the unprecedented beauty that surrounds us, and fuels the next journey.
